"AiDEPT for Parents" (the "App") is an educational app provided by AiGENT & Co.
("we", "us", or "our") that photographs a homework worksheet and explains the
solution process as an animation. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle
information we collect through your use of the App.
As the operator is a sole proprietorship, the proprietor's legal name and address
will be disclosed promptly upon request via the contact address above.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following information through your use of the App.
Google or Apple (Sign in with Apple) account sign-in information (email address [or Apple's private relay address, if you use Hide My Email], display name, and your profile photo URL if you sign in with Google)
Homework worksheet images selected via the camera or photo library
Parental consent status (date/time and content of consent)
App usage data (number of problems solved, correct/incorrect answers, time spent, and other learning logs, daily usage counts)
Stamp book records (the total number of stamps earned, the monthly breakdown, the number of stamps earned since subscribing, the days you stamped and the number of problems solved that day, points earned and spent, the date a subscription bonus was granted, unlocked sticker series, and the sticker picture chosen each day), stored both on your device and with your account
Technical logs related to app operation (e.g., error occurrences)
An identifier used to identify your account (user ID)
A device identifier, used to manage the daily free-use limit on a per-device basis; this is not linked to your account information
Subscription status (whether you have an active subscription and its term). Payments are processed by Apple, and we use RevenueCat to verify your purchase status. We do not collect your payment details (e.g., credit card information)
Stamp book records do not contain information that could identify your child personally, such as
a name (the App does not ask for your child's name). They are, however, stored linked to the
account you sign in with.
3. Purposes of Use
To recognize the content of homework worksheets and generate animated
solution processes (image and text processing via Google Cloud Vertex AI / Gemini)
To manage the daily free-usage limit and to provide features to paid
(subscription) plan users
To obtain and manage parental consent
To provide the stamp book feature (awarding points and exchanging stickers)
To analyze and improve service quality and identify/fix issues
(usage aggregation via Firebase / Google BigQuery)
To respond to inquiries
4. Handling of Image Data
Original homework worksheet images you capture or select are sent to Google
Cloud (Vertex AI) for analysis, but our servers do not retain them
after analysis. We keep only structured data from your photos — such
as the problem type, numbers, and solution steps. However, Google Cloud, to whom
we entrust this analysis, may temporarily retain input in memory for up to 24
hours to improve processing speed, and may log it for abuse monitoring
purposes (handled under Google Cloud's own policies; we do not view or use
this data ourselves).
5. Disclosure to Third Parties
We do not disclose the information we collect to third parties except in the following cases.
Google Cloud Platform:
Information is sent to our service provider for image recognition, solution
generation, authentication, storing the stamp book, and usage analysis.
Apple Inc. (App Store) / RevenueCat:
Purchase information is processed via Apple and RevenueCat to handle payment
for paid plans. We share the identifier (user ID) used to identify your account
with RevenueCat to verify your purchase status and to analyze usage. We do not directly hold or
obtain payment information such as credit card details.
Where disclosure is required by law
The App does not use any third-party advertising.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is designed to be used by a child together with a parent, who signs in
with their own Google or Apple account and reviews and consents to the App's content
before use. Information relating to a child is always handled under the parent's
management and consent. We do not independently collect information about
children without parental consent.
7. Data Retention Period
Learning logs (structured data) and stamp book records are retained for as long as the account exists.
For how to delete your account, see the
Account Deletion page.
The following information remains even after you delete your account. The retention period for each item is as follows.
Your daily usage count for your account (automatically deleted, typically within 5 days after you delete your account).
Data used for failure/incident analysis (stored with an identifier derived from your account ID, and it becomes subject to automatic deletion 30 days after it is recorded; due to how Google Cloud works, the actual deletion may take a few more days, and the data may be kept for up to 9 days after deletion for recovery purposes).
Your account ID (user ID) and your purchase history, retained by RevenueCat. No retention limit is set; it is deleted on request as described below. If you contact us before deleting your account, we will request deletion from RevenueCat. If you contact us after deleting your account, we can only do this if we can identify you from your purchase receipt. Contact us if you would like this deleted.
