You can delete your account and associated data from "AiDEPT for Parents" (the "App") using
either of the two methods below.
Method 1: Delete from within the app
While signed in to the App:
Open the settings screen from the icon in the top right of the app
Tap "Delete account" under the "Account" section
Follow the on-screen confirmation to complete the deletion
Deletion from within the app is processed immediately, and the data listed under "What gets
deleted" below is removed right away.
Method 2: Request deletion by email
If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, please contact us at the address
below with the email address associated with your Google account. We will verify your identity
and process the request as it is received.
Your account (the Firebase Auth account itself, and its link to the Google account used to sign in)
Your parental consent record
Your learning history (problems solved, correctness, time spent, etc.)
Your stamp book records (stamped days, points, unlocked series, and chosen sticker pictures). The copy stored on your device is also deleted together with your account
What remains after deletion
The following information remains even after you delete your account. The retention
period for each item is as follows.
The device-level counter tracking that day's remaining free uses (tied to an anonymous
device identifier, not linked to your name, email address, or other personal information).
This is a device-level technical safeguard intended to prevent abuse of the free-tier quota
(for example, deleting and recreating an account to reset the free quota). We do not set a
retention limit for this counter (it is overwritten the next time the same device is used).
The counter tracking your daily usage count for your account. It is automatically deleted,
typically within 5 days after you delete your account.
Data used for failure/incident analysis (technical logs stored with an identifier derived
from your account ID). It becomes subject to automatic deletion 30 days after it is recorded (due to how Google Cloud works, the actual deletion may take a few more days, and the data may be kept for up to 9 days after deletion for recovery purposes).
Your account ID (user ID) and your purchase history, retained by RevenueCat. No retention
limit is set; it is deleted on request as described below. If you contact us before deleting
your account, we will request deletion from RevenueCat. If you contact us after deleting your
account, we can only do this if we can identify you from your purchase receipt. Contact us
below if you would like this deleted.
Processing time
Deletion from within the app is processed immediately. Requests made by email are verified and
processed as they are received.
